  • Talking and Spitting out excessively
  • Drinking Hot Liquids like Coffee, tea etc.
  • Using Straw for Drinking water and other fluids
  • Brushing the surgery area within first 12 hours
  • Using Mouthwashes (mouthwashes contain harmful ingredients)
  • Avoid Exercise for 2 to 3 days after tooth extraction
